It is a system that allows you to build and manage the content of the site yourself without the need to know anything about programming, coding or web development. Changes can be made by you and be made live to the site immediately.

You can even do this from anywhere in the world, as long as you can access the web.  You don’t need any special software on the computer you are using, just a username and a password that enables you to access the hidden administration controls of the site.
