Pricing

The system is available at a fixed price of £495 per site, plus hosting at £48 per year.

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.

An invoice for the full amount will be raised at the time of an order being placed, payable 30 days from the date of invoice or immediately prior to the web site going live; whichever is sooner.  Any additional services will be invoiced on completion of each element of the project.

The hosting element will be invoiced directly by LogoDesign Limted, the company that created the Wahoo system.

Process

On placing an order for a new web site, we will issue you with a form to get from you any mandatory elements of the design, for example existing logo artwork, colour palette and fonts, plus any other design aspects that you want us to use to brief the site designer.

Once a site design is agreed, during the page build phase your site will be hosted on a server that only you can access, so that you can build the pages and review the new site as it is being built.

We will provide you with some basic training to get you started, a manual to help you reference any queries and be on the end of a phone and email to help you with any queries you may have.

When you are happy with the new site, we will arrange for it to be moved to a live server and become publicly viewable on your web address.  After that time, you can use the same Content Management System to make changes to your web site whenever you need to.
